TUCL was started in 1997-1998 by a kid in junior high. He has spent most of his time creating websites and web pages, but has had most of his success through his cheat list program. It started as a very simple piece of software that he has added to over the years, building a huge database and a popular piece of cheat software.

Website Shows Its Features

The features include a cheat file database where you choose your platform/device and use the search bar to find your game. It has a chat room where you may talk with other people that are using the software. It also has company information for games, and reviews for the games that are scored as percentages. The higher the percentage, then the better the game supposedly is. There are also game files where you can find game cracks, UHS files, game trainers and game patches. Overall, it is a reasonably decent cheat database.
